At present we do not offer Worldwide shipping. We are looking to change this soon so stay tuned!

Items will be shipped within 4-7 business days as each item is lovingly handmade to order. Jewellery and accessories orders are shipped for free via second class delivery. If you would like, you can select First Class delivery at the checkout and pay £1.99.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order we will gladly accept refunds, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns.

If you would like to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Failure to do so may result in your request to cancel being submitted following the dispatch of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do all we can to assist.

Yes! Each and every design is handcrafted in our studio and no two pieces will ever be the same. As for Polymer Clay earrings, batches are produced in small quantities to ensure our customers are guaranteed to add a one of a kind piece to their jewellery collection.
