At present we do not offer Worldwide shipping. We are looking to change this soon so stay tuned!

Items will be shipped via First Class Delivery within 4-7 business days. Custom items will be shipped between 1 and 2 weeks via First Class Delivery. Jewellery and accessories on orders over £20 are shipped for free. Orders under £20 will be charged a £1.99 shipping fee. Homeware orders over £40 will qualify for free shipping. The shipping fee for homeware orders under £40 is £3.99.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order we will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery and return items back within 21 days of delivery.

If you would like to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Failure to do so may result in your request to cancel being submitted following the dispatch of your jewelry.

Unless delivered damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items for health/hygiene reasons (this includes earrings)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Yes! Each and every design is handcrafted in our studio and no two pieces will ever be the same. As for Polymer Clay earrings, batches are produced in small quantities to ensure our customers are guaranteed to add a one of a kind piece to their jewellery collection.
